Spruce Village Apartment Homes is a pet friendly community, with a 2 pet maximum. Pets cannot exceed 25 lbs when fully grown. A $500 deposit is required per pet, but there is no monthly pet rent. No aggressive breeds are allowed at this property. Please contact the leasing office for more information.

FAQ 2: What is the parking situation at the property?

At Spruce Village Apartment Homes, each unit is assigned one parking spot, either covered or uncovered. Garages may be rented for $95 per month, and there are a few unassigned spaces available on a first come first serve basis.

FAQ 3: Do units come with a refrigerator?

Residents must to provide their own refrigerator. Spruce village has refrigerators available to rent on a first come first serve basis,for an additional $25 monthly.
